A win at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims

Grubaugh Law won another case at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). This was a fully contested and hard fought appeal. The case now goes back to the Board of Veterans Appeals on remand, where the veteran may be awarded service-connection.

This victory marks the 15th win out of 15 cases for the Grubaugh Law firm at CAVC. Hopefully this early success continues! In the next few months and years, we will hopefully see these remands turn into rating increases and service-connection awards for the veterans.
